Return Policy

We at FreshTrends take pride in our high-quality, custom-made fine piercing jewelry. Each piece is tailored and handmade to order specifically for you. This is why we can offer a number of size options and variations for all of our designs.

Why We Can't Accept Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Here's why:

  1. Custom Craftsmanship: Each piece of jewelry is made to order, tailored to your specifications. This personalized approach ensures that every item is unique, but it also means that once crafted, it cannot be resold to another customer.

  2. Piercing Jewelry: Due to the nature of piercing jewelry and the fact that it is inserted into the body, much like a medical product, we cannot accept returns as the product cannot be resold to another customer. All FreshTrends customers receive a brand new piece that has never been opened or used by another person.

Return to Resize

In our experience the most common reason for a return request is the accidental ordering of the incorrect size for your piercing, or the incorrect gemstone size. If this occurred with your purchase, you are able to return the product for a Resize (alteration). FreshTrends Size Guide

  1. FreshTrends Piercing Advisor™ Orders: If you utilized the Free Piercing Advisor service and we helped you select the correct size for your piercing, if the size is still not correct you will not be charged for the alteration or shipping as the size selection is guaranteed by FreshTrends.   2. All Other Orders: If you did not utilize the Piercing Advisor™ service and selected the size by yourself then a resize fee and shipping rates will be quoted to correctly fit your jewelry for your anatomy. Our team will work with you to establish the correct measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

  3. Alterations: To initiate a resize contact us within 30 days of date of delivery as marked by the carrier.

Product Warranty

All FreshTrends products are protected by the FreshTrends 2-Year Product Warranty, which protects your purchase in the rare event of a manufacturers defect. You can review our full Product Warranty here.

Each warranty return will be reviewed by FreshTrends upon receipt, and if approved by the FreshTrends Team the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

Lost Components

Please note that FreshTrends is not responsible for replacing lost components on products with threads or pins if the reason for the loss is determined to be that the ball or charm was not sufficiently tightened, or if the pin on threadless jewelry was not correctly installed. Threaded jewelry must be periodically tightened to ensure it is secure. If a component has been lost we will work with to purchase the required replacement component. How to Make A Return

Step 1: Fill out the form above (at the top of this page) to initiate a return. Once submitted and approved we will provide you with a return authorization number and a return shipping label.

Step 2: Please make certain that the product is in its original packaging and in a shipping box. We won't be able to accept the return if you send the item in an envelope since it might get damaged. We are not responsible for jewelry damaged in transit.

Step 3: Check your email for the return shipping label. If you do not see the label in your email, please check your spam or promotions folders.

Step 4: Print the label, stick it on the box, and give or take it to the carrier to ship the item back to us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Orders placed by international buyers (outside of the United States) are considered final sales. We regret that we cannot accept returns from foreign consumers. We're a small business, but we'll try our best to make this happen as we expand.

CANCELLATIONS 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 72 business hours to do so. We will be unable to cancel an order past this window as production would have started.
